The men's first team claimed an emphatic 6-1 win over West Derby. In a physical encounter, Warrington maintained their composure to play some great hockey. Ben Vickers netted a hat-trick, Adam Garrod another and Noal Phillpotts and Simon Mason claimed rare goals from well worked short corners. The men's seconds came from behind twice to scrape a 2-2 draw against Lymm thirds. Matt Petitt's strike rebounded off the post for Iain Richards to calmly equalise for the first time and Andrew Gould followed up a short corner to secure a point in the second half. Rich Taylor marshalled the defence well from left back to secure Player of the Match in what was otherwise a below par performance from Warrington.

The women's first team came up against a fast and well drilled Bowdon side and were indebted Tracy Jackson for some fantastic saves and Carrie Wright for goal-line clearances and brilliant tackling to keep the score down to 5-0. The women's second team suffered a surprise 3-0 defeat against Alderley Edge fourths. Tish Edwards made some crucial saves and Lauren Hayes switched the ball well in the middle but they couldn't inspire Warrington to salvage a point.
