Ladies 1's

Warrington ladies 1’s carry on the winning streak with their 8th consecutive win beating Runcorn ladies 4-0. Great attacking play by Emma Barlow who scored 1 of the goals and Steph Rawlins who scored 3 and received player of the match. The midfield worked hard with Ffion Harris, Meg Sutch and Sally Fraiser displaying great attacking and defensive play. The defence was solid with Holly McCurrie, Dawn Harrington and Nat Lyon working together well keeping Runcorn out of the match entirely.

Ladies 2’s

Warrington 2s won 2-0 against Triton on Saturday after two goals from Molly Rudd, both scored before half time. The first came from a great through pass by Becca Wells, on to Molly to convert. Great team work passing led to the second - working it round the D in clean passes and in by Molly Rudd who picked it up on the penalty spot. Player of the match Hannah Johnson had a fantastic game, with great running and pressing play down the left wing for Warrington 2s.

Men’s 1’s

warrington started strongly from the off with great play and link up from the back to upfront creating chances then got rewarded with a goal from Jordan penfold, Warrington continued to press and play great hockey and created more chances, being the better team through the whole game, creating great chances, Keswick didn't really cause any threat to Warrington with the game finishing one nil to Warrington

Men’s 2's

A vast improvement on last week Warrington mens 2s playing Mossely Hill.. shaking the rust off and turning up a little sharper the passing and movement went up a level. From Tom lloyds sterling rock like performance at the back. Richard Bloomfield in goal tipping one round the post to keep us 1 nil up. Again Ben brown and Chris Lyon moving the bar up with personal performances. A difficult choice for man of the match as most of the lads did a great job. I would say it had to go to Adam Garrod he worked hard both defensively and offensively. Finally he got his and our reward picking the ball up just inside the opposition half, beating the defender and putting it through the keepers legs. A well deserved win and great for morale .
